This GSM has mouth filling texture provided by Grenache which is rounded out by the structure and density characteristic of Shiraz and Mourvèdre. Subtle use of oak allows the fruit to shine through to reveal attractive hints of boiled fruit cake with cinnamon and cloves. A beautifully round palate with silky tannins, this wine has lovely persistence and length.
