5. Delivery & Shipping
Delivery Areas: We deliver to VIC, SA, TAS and NSW. Delivery times and fees vary based on location and order size.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
Delivery Requirements: Alcohol deliveries require the recipient to be present and provide valid ID confirming they are 18 years or older.

6. Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Faulty Products: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request evidence of the damage (e.g., photos) and will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully.

Reservations: Bookings can be made via our website or by contacting us directly. All bookings are subject to availability.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
